Guardians of all students receiving free or reduced lunch MUST complete a form each year to see if the student(s) qualifies for free and reduced lunch in the 2010 - 2011 school year. If the form in not received, "school processed", and approved prior to Oct. 1, 2010, guardians will be responsible for full payment of food purchases (until approved for participation). 2. In an effort to keep students germ free each student will need to purchase two (2) headsets for use with computers. DO NOT PURCHASE EXPENSIVE HEADSETS. The headsets at the dollar store work perfectly. One headset will remain in the computer lab for use with all computer instruction projects and may not be taken out of the lab. The other headset with remain with the student in his/her regular classroom/locker for use in classroom or other labs. All headsets must be labeled and put in a labeled plastic bag.
